What Payment Methods does Raaah Accept?
We accept payments by PayPal, credit or debit card, (through PayPal), or by BACS transfers

When can I expect to receive my delivery?
The delivery options include Next Day Delivery, 3-5 days for UK Recorded Delivery or 5-10 days for International Delivery

I would like to return an item for a refund. How can I do this?
Yes we offer refunds as referred to in our [Returns Policy]
What is pre order?
Pre Order is ordering an item that is not in stock but will be coming soon so you will be the first to have it.
I’m new how can I order?
It’s very easy, you simply go to the Home Page and select shop and when you get to the shop you have a list of categories to choose from. Make it easy for yourself and click on the item you are mainly looking for, e.g dresses and you will get straight to the dresses and start shopping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes you can. Please [email us] your original order number and your requirements and we will be sure to help you.
Where is my order?
We endeavour to make sure all items are despatched as per shipping instructions at checkout. A delay in order usually is down to unforeseen elements such as adverse weather conditions or postal strikes.
How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
An email is sent to you confirming your order after checkout and you will receive another once your order has been dispatched.
What if I’m not home when its delivered?
All items sent are recorded delivery signed for so a card will be left at your door.
Do you have more sizes available?
Yes we offer a Bespoke Custom Made Service where you can pay an extra charge to get a custom fitting made. Please [email] our sales team for more details
Who pays for return postage?
You will need to pay the postage costs when returning your package to us. Return delivery charges are only refundable if you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us. Please return your package using a recorded service and keep hold of your proof of delivery and tracking number. Please do not put the package in the postbox as we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are not received if they have not been sent recorded.
