We so hope that you love your RAAAH delivery, but we completely understand if you need to send it back to us. So, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please return it within 14 days of receiving your goods, in its original unworn condition, complete with tags to the returns address listed on your dispatch note.  PLEASE NOTE: please include your dispatch note with your return and note the item/s that you are returning on it.  You will need to pay the costs of returning your package pack to us (return delivery charges are only refundable if you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us).  Please return using ‘Royal Mail recorded service’ and keep hold of your proof of delivery and tracking number.  Please do not put the package in the postbox as we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are not received if they are posted in the incorrect way!

Refunded Payments
We’ll refund your money for the value of the goods, excluding original postage costs (postage will only refunded under conditions stated above) within 1 week of receiving your return.  All monies will be returned via your original payment method.

We can only send exchanges to UK and Ireland.  If you wish to exchange your item for another RAAAH piece, then please return as stated above.  Please make a note on the dispatch note of which lovely alternative RAAAH piece you would like to replace it with and we’ll do our best to fullfil this.  If the piece cannot be restocked we will of course refund your money via your original payment method.

Additional Returns Information
RAAAH will not accept returns for items received back outside of the 14 days returns period.  Additionally any items that are not returned in their original, unworn condition or without tags will not be accepted as returns and will be returned to sender

Incorrect Orders or Faulty Items
We hope this doesn’t happen but if it does then we are of course happy to accept responsibility for our mistake!  If you have received a faulty piece then please email us sales@raaah.co.uk with your order number and details of the incorrect item sent (and whether you require a refund or a replacement).  We will then respond to you and let you know how to proceed.
